Mobile Phones - What instructions have you issued to your Drivers?

	Have you informed your drivers about the new law?
	What advice have you given them, and in particular, what have you said about the use of a hands-free kit?
	Could your advice make you liable if it was considered that your employee failed to have proper control of a vehicle?
	Have you supplied any hands-free kits to your staff?
	Remember, the law applies not just to your company car drivers but to all drivers whilst on your company's business.
